About
Ali is a Hasselblad Master, and New York-based photographer with a career spanning over two decades since 2001. His work has been exhibited globally, including in the USA, Germany, Sweden, England, the Philippines, the UAE, and Iran. His photographs have been featured in international publications such as the British Journal Of Photography, World Photo, Musee, Layers and Hasselblad. Also, He has collaborated with top-tier ad agency Ogilvy & Mather and worked with high-profile clients like IKEA, Motorola, Robert Clergerie, Hasselblad, and Profoto.
In 2018, Ali was among the Hasselblad's elite photographers selected by IKEA to participate for a worldwide project called NORHASSEL. A project that brought a curated collection of fine art photographs into homes worldwide.
An award-winning Instructor, Having a book published by "tNeues” one of the leading art book publishers in the world, Being a speaker at Photokina and Google's conference for photographers, Holding a sold-out solo exhibition as work of Cultural Heritage, Serving as a two time Jury member at the prestigious Hasselblad Masters photography award, and being listed as a world-class photographer by Fotografiska Museum in their Photopedia program are just a few of the other achievements in his journey.
Currently, Ali is a Master Of Fine Arts candidate in Visual Arts at Lesley University.
